This indicates that the software is lacking the mentioned file. Luckily, it's pretty easy to fix it. Access the link posted below, then visit one website and download the OCX file. Locate the icon of Indian Cricket Captain on your desktop, right click it and go to Properties. Press on Open File Location and paste the OCX file in that directory and it should work properly.
